Whether its at one of the many great local venues or your own backyard property for your special occasion, we can either work within the provided kitchen & facilities at your desired venue or erect our pop up pasta kitchen, gazebo and bring all the equipment with us.
Let our dedicated team eloquently serve you & your guests some of the finest, fresh pasta dishes & canapés on the coast. Our chefs specialize in Italian cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced, high quality produce. However we are not limited to pasta dishes & continue to work with each client individually to curate the perfect menu for your special event.

Catering Styles
- Cocktail style service with Pasta mains. Choose from a list of canapés & Pasta dishes for mains. Canapé platters can be carried around for guests as they mingle & mains are served from a table set up for guests to collect their meals from. Ideal for larger numbers & a casual service style.
- Pop up ‘Food truck’ style service. A small menu is designed and guests may order from a selection of Entree’s & Mains. Suitable for smaller scale weddings and events up to 50 people.
- Buffet style. We have some different buffet packages depending on your needs & budget. Guests can choose from a buffet table with Pasta Mains, Side salads & Hot side dishes.
Private Dinners
Our team will come to your desired location to prepare and serve an eloquent multi course meal, using Italian cooking ethos with local mid north coast ingredients. Our chefs will design a menu to take your tastebuds on a journey of our regions greatest accompaniments to fresh pasta.
‘Heat n Eat’ Deals
Order from our menu of pre made Pasta bakes, Salads & side dishes. Our team will deliver the trays of food ready for you to heat up and serve to your guests. A more affordable style of catering where most of the work is done already, you just need to ‘Heat n Eat’. We have had clients use this service for smaller scale parties, large family reunions & for the humble family dinner.
